Creating and Packaging an Application

In this section we will provide a walkthrough to build a simple "word substitution" console application that contains two projects:

Project	Description
WordSub.App	A console application that allows the user to substitute words using terminal input.
WordSub	The library that contains the functionality to perform the substitutions.

We will also call into a third library that we did not author.
